A 5 oz. Angus beef filet grilled, then topped with shrimp, scallops, mushrooms, green onions, and a slice of jalapeño pepper. Finished with white wine and butter. Served with your choice of potato.

Artichoke Filet - $29
An 8 oz. Angus beef filet grilled to order. Topped with artichoke hearts in a parmesan cream sauce. Served on a wild rice cake.

Salmon Chardonnay - $26
Grilled salmon topped with shrimp and scallops. Sautéed with white wine and garlic, then finished with cream and butter. Served on grilled polenta.

Artichoke, Chicken & Shrimp - $24
Chicken & shrimp sautéed with artichoke hearts, garlic, lemon juice, fresh parsley, and grape tomatoes. Served over wild rice.

Seafood Mixed Grill - $25
A portion of our fresh catch, shrimp, and scallops. Grilled and served with a polenta cake. Garnished with sweet Thai chili sauce.

   

Chicken Motarde - $19
Boneless breast of chicken dredged in flour and sautéed in olive oil. Finished with white wine, fresh lemon juice, capers, parsley, and Dijon mustard.

Chicken & Tasso Ham Pasta - $19
Chicken medallions sautéed with Tasso ham, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic, and Cajun seasonings. Finished with heavy cream, butter, and parmesan cheese. Tossed with pasta.

Marinated Rack of Lamb - $28
New Zealand rack of lamb, marinated with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and rosemary. Seared on the grill and finished in the oven. Served with the chef’s choice of potato and vegetable. Garnished with

A 12 oz. Angus ribeye grilled to order. Topped with caramelized onions and garlic butter, and served with your choice of side orders.

The Garden Room Mixed Grill - $29
Your choice of two of the following:
  • One-half rack of New Zealand lamb
  • 5 oz. Angus beef filet
  • 4 oz. grilled salmon

Sesame-Crusted Tuna Loin - $26
An 8 oz. shasimi-grade tuna filet crusted in white and black sesame seeds. Pan-seared, sliced, and served on a bed of spinach sautéed with garlic and lemon juice. Garnished with pickled ginger and a soy-wasabi vinaigrette.

Sautéed Shrimp & Scallops - $24
Shrimp and scallops sautéed with olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms, green onions, and a hint of Cajun seasoning. Served over a grilled polenta cake.
