Wine 101 - Second Wednesday of each Month Wine 101 is a great opportunity for both the beginner ad the gourmand to either learn or remeber what to look for in a wine. Joshua Mason, our Wine Director, leads this monthly seminar in which not only does he teach about wine, hut have patrons taste the wine, so that they may know how to properly drink wine along with what food they can pair. Wine Dinners - Last Saturday of each Month Wine Dinners are for people that are looking to get serious about wine. Once again, whether for the beginner or the gourmand, this "workshop" is a one of a kind experiance. Wine Director Joshua Mason plans ahead a select menu in coordination with our Executive Chef and then selects the wine around the food to give the customer the ulitmate experiance in wine pairing and if for nothing else, just create a great overall dinner that you will not soon forget.
